TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL PRIVATE LESSONS
1. Session Duration:
Each session will run for 60 minutes at the designated locations:
AM Sessions: Kareela Synthetic Fields
PM Sessions: 5Sports Caringbah
2. Session Lock-In:
Players must commit to the amount of sessions purchased:
Single session
5 sessions
10 sessions
Designed package
Sessions are classified as credits and must be used within the specified period:
A maximum of 2 reschedules per package is permitted.
For example, a 10-session package must be completed within 12 weeks.
Unused credits beyond the specified period will not be carried forward to avoid scheduling conflicts with other clients.
3. Serious Illness or Injury:
In the case of serious illness or injury, Prodigy FC requires written consent or a medical certificate from a qualified medical professional stating that the player cannot participate in training.
4. Severe Weather Policy:
Prodigy FC reserves the right to cancel sessions due to severe weather conditions, including hail, thunder, and lightning.
If canceled, Prodigy FC may arrange a makeup session, subject to availability.
If a makeup session is not feasible, the session will be deemed completed.
Players are not eligible for session credits for failing to attend a session during rainy conditions unless notified of cancellation by Prodigy FC.
5. Notification of Cancellations:
Sessions will proceed as scheduled unless Prodigy FC notifies players of cancellation.
6. Session Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Failure to provide timely notice or attend the session will result in the session being classified as completed.
In cases of injury or illness, a doctor’s certificate or physiotherapy document must be provided to request credit.
Injured players may opt for alternative training, such as mobility exercises, stretching, or goal-setting sessions.
7. Commitment Policy:
Players are encouraged to commit to the full duration of their purchased sessions to maximise the benefits of the program.
8. Communication:
Prodigy FC will communicate all changes, cancellations, or updates via the provided contact information. It is the responsibility of players to remain informed.
9. Amendments:
Prodigy FC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
10. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through mediation or arbitration.
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, players acknowledge their commitment to Prodigy FC's structured programs and agree to adhere to the outlined policies.
